We guarantee our items fully. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. Unfornately due to the personalized nature of some of our items, hsand stamped or engraved items can only be returned if there is a misspelling or gross defect in the item. Hand stamped items may have scratches on the surface as they are buffed after the darkening agent is cured. Hand stamped letters will not be straight as they are hand done and not machine stamped. If you are not happy with your order, return it for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges) within 5 days in 'new' condition. If there is a problem with your bracelet related to craftsmanship or quality, we will repair or replace the items free of charge. If you get your bracelet and the sizing is incorrect and it was our error, we will fix it at no charge. If you get the bracelet and the sizing is too large or too small but made in the size you ordered, we can resize the bracelet for 5.00 for 1" and under sizing, 10.00 for over an 1" sizing, plus return shipping. Please email us and we will tell you how to return the item for repair or resizing.
When mailing back, please place in a padded mailer or box. DO NOT ship in a plain envelope as the sorting machines at the post office can catch on them and rip them open and then your jewelry is usually either lost or destroyed. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged beyond repair when being shipped back to us, so please use extra care when preparing for shipment back.
