Note about Handstamped JewelryPlease note that each piece is personally hand stamped. We do not use presses or machines to stamp our jewelry. Therefore the text will not be perfectly straight and as such adds to the character and charm of the jewelry. The metal itself may have small swirls and lines in it also adding to charm of these pieces. Since these pieces are stamped and personzalized, they are non-returnable unless we have made an error in manufacturing such as a misspelling.
Also crystals are leaded glass and can scratch the surface of the metal when worn. If this will be an issue for you we suggest either no crystals or getting swarovski PEARLS or Freshwater pearls added. We do not accept returns on hand stamped items if they are scratched due to wear in these such cases.
Since almost all the metals used in the hand stamped jewelry are sterling silver (unless otherwise stated) and treated with a darkening agent to darkened the stamped areas we suggest cleaning only with a polishing cloth or pro-polish square. Dipping in a sterling silver cleaning solution will take the black off the letters as well as the tarnish. Using a polishing cloth will only take away the tarnish and leave the black on the stamping.
