Poem: JOURNEY OF CONTENTMENT
I earnestly went searching
For contentment in my life;
To have more peace within me--
A life with less strife.
I looked around at others
And couldn't find it there.
And so I knelt in silence
And found it in this prayer.
Dear Lord, give me peace.
Please make my heart like new.
Remove the selfish part of me.
I want to be like you!
Show me Your secret way of life.
Do what you will in me.
Place my heart inside of Yours
It's where I want to be.
As I look close at Calvary
I see a guarantee,
My journey of peace, is
One journey, you and me.
